Jennifer M. Betancourt concentrates on family law issues and has experience litigating complex financial matters and sensitive parenting issues.

Jennifer is a zealous advocate ready to take the case to trial, but is also sensitive to the financial and emotional cost of litigation and strives to resolve cases for her clients in the most efficient manner such as mediation or through settlement negotiations.
She often works with a variety of experts, including Certified Public Accountants, financial planners, appraisers, business valuators, guardian ad litem and psychologists to provide comprehensive legal representation to her clients.
Jennifer received her Cum Laude Bachelors in Science from The State University of New York at Buffalo and later went on to graduate Cum Laude from Florida International University with a Masters in Journalism and Communication prior to attending Nova Southeastern University Sheppard Broad School of Law and where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree. Jennifer is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
